Our listing details are the most comprehensive on the Interet. People viewing our listings, see each listing laid out the same. The best example is that the listings are laid out like an Excel spreadsheet. Our Residential listings have 60 detailed, specific fields of information, and our Lots and Acreage have 35. Residential Listings: "Real Estate On The Internet" has learned from our customers that they want specific details about the Property. Narrative descriptions doesn't tell them if their master bedroom furniture will fit into their new Property. Therefore our Listings stress dimensions and sizes. Another feature is the Financial Information. There are three specific Yes / No fields such as Broker Protect, Lease / Option and Financing.

Lots and Acreage: This type of listing is different from a Residential Listing. The stress here is on utilies, street conditions, zoning and Property Identification numbers.

Photographs
