You must Register yourself, before you can list your Property or Business
To list a Property or Business on Real Estate on the Internet, you must first create an Owner's record which starts with your own, unique User ID along with a Password. If you User ID (ID) isn't unique the website will so inform you.
Most major sites like AOL, Yahoo, MSN etc. all require a unique ID. If what you have selected, create another one. Here at the start of Real Estate on the Internet, you will probably have a unique one.
The below screen should be self-explanatory. The fields with a background color are mandatory, and the website will not let you continue unless they are filled in. As an example, we do need a telephone number so that people that are interested in your property can contact you.
Some pieces are very important so that we ask you to input the information twice. This is to make sure that you have entered it accurately. As an example your EMail address is very important. If it is wrong prospective Buyers will not be able to contact you.
When you are all done, and you have an EMail Address, the system will send you a confirming email. If you don't have an email, make a copy of your Registration information, since you will need your UI, Password, and ID Number.
Hints on entering information
Through out Real Estate on the Internet, two kinds of information have to be entered just like this:
Dates: MM/DD/YY. If you want to enter a date of February 16, 2006 you will enter 2/16/06. If you want November 15, 2006, you will enter 11/15/06.
Phone Numbers: 1112223333. As an example, if your phone number is 941/222-3333 you will enter 9412223333.
