In anycase, we strongly suggest you spend a hour or two with a Real Estate Attorney to guide you through the process. Selling your Property is NOT like selling your old lawn mower at a garage sale!!!

Save Money on Your Real Estate Advertising:

A typical newspaper classified ad allows only about 22 - 25 characters including spaces per line in their ads. Even with say ten lines, you can't say very much about your Property, and that ad will cost you a fortune

Here is what you do. Assume that you have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 car garage, in the North Port section of Homes for Sale. You are asking $350,000 and your phone is 123-4567. Then you start describing your property. "New kitchen with granite tops, roof only 3 years old, 10,000SF lot near the Ashton Elementary school. Freshly painted, large family room. Screened in pool". That's about 207 characters or 10 lines, AND you have only scratched the surface describing your property. What you do is to place the ad in the same section, but write it this way:

3/2/2 Home $350K
Your Address
Your City
941/123-4567 6-8PM
WWW.REOTI.US
ID # 12345

What do you have? Only a 6 line ad. The ad tells the reader the essentials: The type of home, a 3/2/2; the price, $350K; you address and city, your phone number, 941/123-4567 and the time to call; and to go to our sister website WWW.REOTI.US which instantaneously transfers them to RealEstateOnTheInternet.Biz; and your listing's ID number. It's very intuitive. A Reader goes to the site, sees "Search for Listings", clicks it; and the first selection he sees is by "ID Number". He enters your listing's ID number, and viola there is YOUR listing with 60 pieces of descriptive information and your 25 photos.
