How to Advertise your Property
The first step is to Register: This is like Registering for an Internet account such as Amazon. You will create your own User ID (UI) and Password (PW). They are both CAseNSitIVe. The Contact Name and Phone Number is what will appear at the top of your Listing. Most often it is you own personal Name and Phone Number. After you Register, we automatically send you an email with your UI, PW and other registration information. Click here to Register
The second step is to prepare for your Listing:
1). Select what kind of Property you will be listing. Click the Click for Properties button. View and print one of the listing types. This is the information you will need to enter your listing. Have it ready.
2). Prepare your photos. You can include up to 35 large photos which means standard web site size of 640 x 480 pixels. Have them located on your hard drive. Make a list by file name which one you want to be number one, number two etc. We suggest that you start with 2 - 3 of the kitchen, 1 - 2 of the master bath, 1 - 2 of the master bedroom closet(s), 2 - 3 of the master bedroom, the rest of the interior, and then shots of the exterior. The last shot should be the view of just the front of the property. You have thirty-five shots. Use them all!! Photos help sell.
Then log on by clicking Owner / Realtor Login: Enter your UI and PW. You will then receive a table of routines that you can do called the Action Menu. You want to select Add a Listing. Please note all of the tasks you can do after logging on. Most important is that you can always Modify your Registration and Listings. You can also Add Photos and Delete Photos.
Add the Listing: Please take a minute to review the formatting tips. Telephone numbers are added with only 10 digits. For prices no $, commas, or decimal points . On room sizes, enter only 12 x 15. Do not use inches or ft. Lot size is in square feet only. See the ? tip for an example.
Add your Photos: The system will then prompt you if you want to add your Photos now. Click the Add Photos link and follow the prompts. Remember, you can Add or Delete your Photos later.
Your Web Site and Video / Virtual Tour: When you enter your Web Site and/or Virtual Tour address, remember to have the address start with "HTTP://" and then the WWW.MyWebsite.Com. The resultant address will then look like this: http://www.mywebsite.com.
Review the Financing section: If you said Yes to the Broker Protect program in the Financing section, a link comes up. Click that link, and follow the prompts.
Payment: When you submit you listing, you are reminded that your listing will NOT be searchable until paid for. If you were given a Promo code enter it at the top of your listing BEFORE payment. You can Modify your listing to then add the promo code.
